Key points regarding order artwork:

• Artwork must be provided by customer. Please email all ART to josh@provenpromotions.com. In the subject line, please type “Artwork for” and refer to your name, company name and/or order.
• Artwork must be “camera-ready”.
• Artwork must be in Vector Format (Outlined).
• In most circumstances, artwork must be provided at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Anything less is not suitable for customization. In some cases, artwork must be in a higher resolution.
• The most appropriate file formats are .eps and .ai files with fonts created to outlines.
• Other file formats that might be acceptable include .pdf, .psd and .tiff files. These files MUST be high resolution and/or created to outlines. Other file formats might be accepted. Please contact us for further information.
• If you are unsure about your artwork, please email it to us, and we will tell you if it meets the requirements for decoration.
• If you do not have your artwork available in one of the formats listed above, please send us what you have, and we will be happy to make the appropriate changes to the artwork in order to make it “camera-ready”. A fee might be applied for this service, but MOST OF THE TIME, PROVEN PROMOTIONS CAN MAKE CHANGES TO ARTWORK AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU. Fee will be determined on a per order basis. • Proven Promotions can also create your artwork from scratch, based on your specifications. A fee might be applied for creation of artwork. Please contact us for further information.
• Embedded artwork and fonts need to be supplied by the customer.
• In some cases, there may be additional charges for matching specific Pantone (PMS) colors. This will be determined on a per order basis. In some situations, there is (are) a standard imprint color(s) that can be substituted for your specific PMS color, in order to avoid the PMS color matching charge. Please contact us prior to placing your order, and we will advise you of your various options for color matching.
• As mentioned previously, fonts must be converted to outlines. The reason for this is that our programs do not necessarily have the same fonts that are used in the artwork provided. If we were to open a file that uses a specific font that is NOT outlined, and we don’t have the font in our programs, our programs will convert the font to another similar font. As a result, if you need a specific font used in your artwork, please make sure the font is outlined. Also, please notify us of the specific font needed. If you are not picky, please let us know, and we will use our best judgment in picking an acceptable font. And, if no font is provided, we will again use our best judgment in picking an acceptable font.
• Please note that by giving us your order artwork, you acknowledge that you have the rights to the use of the artwork provided.
• For products receiving any form of customization, Proven Promotions requires customer approval of artwork in writing (email) before beginning any work. Customers will be responsible for any customization issues such as colors used, placement, etc.
