Q: WHAT ARE YOUR ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS?

Q: DO YOU CHARGE FOR PRE-PRODUCTION EMAIL PROOFS?
A: Nope. For any order requiring customization, we will email you a proof prior to beginning any work. Production will only begin once customer approval has been received in writing (email). Please see our Artwork Guidelines section for further information.
Q: DO YOU OFFER PRE-PRODUCTION PHYSICAL SAMPLES?
A: We offer pre-production samples, at your cost. This is determined on a per order basis. Please inquire, if interested.
Q: WHAT IS AN OVER OR UNDER-RUN?
A: An over-run is when there are more items produced than ordered. And an under-run is when there are fewer items produced than ordered. Some products are subject to an over or under-run. The exact number (percentage) varies by product, quantity and factory used. Invoices will be adjusted according to the quantity shipped, and charged accordingly. In some instances, exact quantity runs are available. Please inquire when placing your order.
Q: HOW DO I CHECK STOCK OF A SPECIFIC ITEM?
A: Please contact us with your inquiries, and we will confirm an items stock availability. All of our products are subject to factory availability and in-hands date requirements, if any. When placing your order, we can determine the best available products for your specific marketing/timeline needs.
Q: WHAT IF I DON’T SEE A SPECIFIC ITEM THAT I AM LOOKING FOR ON YOUR WEBSITE?
A: We offer thousands of products from over 1000 factories. If you don’t see the promotional/marketing product that you are looking for on our site, don’t worry….Just send us an email or fill out the inquiry form. Chances are we offer the exact same product or an identical one.
Q: DO YOU USE LOCAL SUPPLIERS/MANUFACTURERS/FACTORIES?
A: The factories that we use are located all over the United States and overseas. We strive/prefer to use local factories/suppliers in business, and do so the majority of the time. This helps to decrease lead times of orders and also promotes the local economy. In specific cases, items are only available from factories/suppliers that are not local, and sometimes they are directly from out of the country. Our prices are all quoted FOB Factory.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT?
A: We happily accept Visa, MasterCard or Check.
Q: DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT TERMS?
A: We offer payment terms to some specific corporate accounts. Eligibility will be determined by Proven Promotions. Please fill out the payment terms application and submit it for evaluation.
Q: IS PREPAYMENT REQIRED FOR MY ORDER?
A: Generally, the answer is yes. For new customers, prepayment for orders is required. Prepayment will then be assessed for on a per order basis. Orders over $1000 require a 50% deposit. Terms can be established for corporate customers after their first order.
Q: CAN I ORDER ITEMS THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE?
A: Not yet! Currently, www.provenpromotions.com is an online catalog. Please browse the products that we offer on our site, and contact us for ordering information, or submit our order form. We will contact you within 48 hours with further information. If the item you are looking for is not on our site, please contact us. We offer thousands of products from over 1000 factories. Chances are we offer the exact same product or an identical one.
Q: DO YOU OFFER PHYSICAL SAMPLES OF ITEMS?
A: Samples of MOST items are available at no charge. Some samples are non-returnable, so you will be charged for those samples. You will be informed of the return policy of specific samples when you submit your sample order. We do require a shipping # (FedEx or UPS) and a credit card to hold in case the sample is not returned on time though. If you don’t have a shipper #, then we can bill your credit card for that amount. Please fill out the order form and make sure to mark the order as a “Sample Order”. Include your shipping #, shipping method, ship to address, credit card information and any in-hands date requirements. For the most part, there will be no charge (other than shipping costs on your account) for the sample as long as it’s returned within 21 days of the order date. If the sample is not returned within 21 days of the order date, you will be responsible for the cost of the sample, and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
If you are a corporate account, samples will be provided at NO CHARGE! Please contact us for further information.
Q: CAN YOU SHIP ORDERS ON OUR ACCOUNT?
A: This will be determined on a per order basis. However, most times we can ship on your shipping account (UPS and FedEx). Please provide your shipping account # at the time of your order/inquiry.
