Because items are sold with customization, we generally do not accept returns. The exception to this is if the return is warranted due to the fault of Proven Promotions. This will be determined during the review stages of the claim.
All claims must be received, in writing, within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
All merchandise returns must be received by Proven Promotions within 21 days of the claim being made.
